These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and db76 ("the Platform"). They apply to all services offered on db76.pro, including casino games, sports betting, bonuses, and account management. db76 operates as an online entertainment platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. By accessing any part of db76.pro, you confirm your acceptance of these T&C.

Section 1

Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on db76, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. db76 applies a strict 21+ policy and does not permit gambling by anyone below this age threshold under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law at the time of play.

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on db76 or have had a previous account terminated for a breach of these T&C.

db76 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where it suspects misrepresentation, fraud, or a violation of these T&C. Each player may hold only one account. If db76 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and outstanding balances forfeited without notice.

Section 2

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your db76 account. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

• Keeping your login credentials, including your password and registered mobile number, strictly confidential. db76 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Notifying db76 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Ensuring that your account is not used by or accessible to any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1 above.
• All deposits and wagers made through your account are your sole financial responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you or by a third party who gained access to your account.

However, the security of your device and your login credentials remains your personal responsibility. Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

db76 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladesh mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are currently accepted. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on db76:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by db76, however your mobile wallet provider may apply its own limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. db76 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• db76 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the identity of the account holder and the source of deposited funds before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
• All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). db76 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your mobile wallet service provider.

Deposits made in error or through fraudulent activity are subject to reversal without notice. If db76 identifies a deposit that originates from a stolen or unauthorised payment source, the corresponding account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Players are advised to ensure that all funds deposited into db76 belong to them personally and have been obtained lawfully.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

db76 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms that are published at the time the bonus is offered. General rules applicable to all db76 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus value before withdrawal). Specific rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• db76 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an eligible account at the time of withdrawal of an offer will remain valid subject to the terms under which they were granted.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, will be voided and the corresponding account may be permanently suspended. Winnings derived from fraudulently obtained bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal.

db76 may offer seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are communicated through the platform at the time of the relevant event. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on db76 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting software or bots, or exploiting any software bug or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account. Any deposits identified as originating from unauthorised sources will be reversed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, participating in match-fixing arrangements, or misusing any sports information asymmetry to place unfair bets.
• Submitting false, misleading, or forged documents during any KYC or identity verification process.

db76 may share information with relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities if prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or the involvement of underage persons. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all bonuses, winnings, and deposits associated with the offending account.

db76 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. db76 will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Section 8

Amendments to These Terms

db76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where changes are material, db76 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by notification to the registered mobile number associated with the account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically.
